Dana Gulley (they/them) is the founder and lead consultant at Third Peak Solutions where they advise businesses and nonprofits on how to ground their strategies using an accountability framework and JEDI in practice. A trained mediator with an MBA in social entrepreneurship and a background in natural resources, Dana has spent their career building cross-sector partnerships to tackle both energy and water issues. They formerly served as the Editor-in-Chief of the online magazine on inclusive business, CLUED-iN and lectured on ESG strategy in the Sustainable Innovation MBA at the University of Vermont. They look to their queer and trans communities for practices of radical hope, resilience and community care—all essential components of a wellbeing economy.
"Third Peak Solutions' work for Wild Gift ran the gamut: Dana facilitated a board retreat, conducted extensive interviews and focus groups, researched peer organizations and best practices in our industry, and worked with our board to develop and implement a three year plan. Dana was as effective as [they were] fun to work with—both thorough and personable. We would recommend [Dana] without hesitation." - Chris Howell, Board Co-Chair
